Join us in honouring Portsmouth's armed forces community at this special event, which is part of a week of commemorations for D-Day 80. This year's Armed Forces Day will be an extraordinary celebration featuring parades, music, military vehicles, parachute jumps, and much more.
A highlight of the event is the full Red Arrows display across the Solent. Scheduled from 3:20 pm to 4:00 pm, this spectacular aerial performance is not to be missed and promises to be a thrilling experience for all attendees.
No tickets are required; individuals and families can simply show up and enjoy the day, which runs from 10 am to 4 pm. Please note that the city is expected to be very busy this weekend, there are also road closures in Southsea linked to recent D-Day 80 events
