Great news Southsea residents and visitors, the coastal path which stretches from Old Portsmouth to Clarence Pier is open again! The promenade located around Long Curtain Moat reopened this weekend, just in time for half term. This section of Southsea promenade has been upgraded by Southsea Coastal Scheme to help reduce the risk of flooding. You will find new lighting, benches, bridges and more...
Living in Southsea we are very fortunate to have lovely coastal walks on our doorstep. As/when new sections of Southsea Promenade are reopened, these walks will only get better. Thank you Southsea Coastal Scheme for all your hard work, it is looking great!
