Southsea Cinema & Arts Centre is hosting NEON MIND, an art exhibition by Portsmouth-based artist Mark Kellett. This deeply personal body of work draws on lived experience, emotional memory and periods of transformation, offering an honest and immersive insight into the artist’s inner world.
Alongside these reflective pieces, the exhibition features new experimental works exploring fresh textures, processes and visual directions, highlighting an artist continuing to push his practice forward. At its core, NEON MIND reflects Kellett’s commitment to opening more honest conversations around men’s mental health. Through bold colour, layered abstraction and expressive mark-making, the exhibition creates space for dialogue, vulnerability and shared understanding.
Neon Mind runs 19 February-30 March 2026 at Southsea Cinema & Arts Centre, 1–3 Palmerston Road, with a launch event on Tuesday 24 February, 6-8pm.
