The Instagram account My Portsmouth by Drone shares striking aerial footage and photographs of Portsmouth, offering a bird’s-eye view of familiar locations across the city. From the seafront and Southsea Common to the harbour, historic buildings and major local events, the account showcases Portsmouth in a way that many residents rarely get to see. Run by a passionate local drone pilot and hobbyist, the project is something he does entirely in his own time. The goal isn’t business or promotion, but simply to celebrate Portsmouth and share its beauty with the community.
