The plan: meet-up outside the Pyramid Centre just before 7pm (by the steps to the gym), then take a stroll down towards Coffee Cup. This walk is approximately 2 miles (3.2 kilometres), an ice cream pit stop is optional. Once in Eastney we can sit, recharge, and reflect on the day. We'd then walk back to Southsea.
Did you know that regular exercise and activities such as walking can really improve your health and well-being. Southsea Vibe would love hear from potential volunteers. Especially those happy to help organise walks and events which support health in our local community.
People who have joined Southsea Vibe range from 27 to 50+ years of age. You only need to register once. All beach walks will be confirmed by email prior to going ahead, please RSVP.
